You can pay for your order with PayPal or Direct Checkout, where you can use credit cards, debit cards, and Etsy gift cards.
Orders should be paid for at the point of sale. If you are unsure about anything relating to your order, please convo me and we can discuss any issues you may have.
As the buyer you are responsible for any taxes or customs charges due on your goods. Please be aware that your country may levy charges for goods imported in, and that I will not state that an item is a gift on customs documentation and will declare the value of the item accurately, as this is a legal requirement.

I custom make many of my items myself, to your requirements, so from placing your order it can take up to 30 days for you to receive your goods, but if ready to ship I can ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
I will often fulfill orders much quicker than this, generally within a week from order to dispatch, but if you have a deadline, please convo me so that we can come to an agreement about timescales.
I use the Royal Mail for all parcels, and use a signed for service wherever possible.

I am happy to discuss custom orders and requests for items that are not listed - please convo me with your requirements and I will be happy to see if I am able to meet your needs.
At the moment I am not accepting wholesale orders as my focus is on custom made items tailored to individual customer needs.
All my items are made of 100% polyester Anti-Pill Polar Fleece, sewn with 100% polyester thread. I only use high quality materials to make my accessories, and make my products to a high standard, both machine stitching using my domestic sewing machines, and hand stitching where appropriate.
Care Instructions: wash either by hand or machine on a cool wash. Air dry, or tumble dry on a cool setting. Do not iron, as polyester fleece may melt if ironed, and will not need ironing as it seldom holds creases.
